There is no “right or wrong” when it comes to pairing oils & vinegars! Most often, pairings are used for salad dressings, typically using 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar.

 

Tuscan Herb olive oil:

  • Traditional balsamic vinegar
  • Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
  • Fig balsamic vinegar

 

Orange olive oil:

  • Raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • Honey ginger white balsamic vinegar
  • Peach white balsamic vinegar

 

Basil olive oil:

  • Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
  • Cranberry Pear balsamic vinegar

 

Herbs de Provence:

  • Lavender balsamic vinegar

 

Lemon olive oil:

  • Cranberry pear white vinegar
  • Blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar

 

Persian Lime olive oil:

  • Honeybell Orange balsamic vinegar
  • Blueberry balsamic vinegar

 

Harissa or Chipotle olive oil:

  • Chocolate Di Torino balsamic vinegar
  • Pomegranate Quince balsamic vinegar
