Ingredients:

1/2 C of a Tasteful Olive mild, unflavored extra virgin olive oil

1/4-1/3 C balsamic, to taste (use Tasteful Olive's Traditional Balsamic)

2 large portabello mushroom caps

Mozzarella, provolone or blue cheese


Directions:

Whisk together oil and vinegar. Place mushrooms in shallow pan with gills facing up. Fill caps with mixture and pour remaining liquid in pan. Marinate 20 minutes. Grill. Top with sliced mozzarella, provolone, or crumbed blue cheese. Serve on whole grain burger bun.
