Garlic Roasted Carrots



~25 baby carrots, tops trimmed

OR ~15 medium-sized carrots, halved lengthwise

2 Tbs The Tasteful Olive's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbs The Tasteful Olive's A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar

5 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

2 Tbs chopped parsley leaves (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place carrots in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic seasonings, to taste. Gently toss to combine. Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until tender. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
