ROSEMARY ZUDLES with BUTTERNUT SQUASH PASTA SAUCE

1 medium zucchini made into "noodles" (aka "zudles") using a mandolin

2 C The Tasteful Olive’s Rossi Pasta Butternut Squash pasta sauce

1 T The Tasteful Olive's Rosemary fused olive oil (optional)

2-4 cloves of garlic, minced (optional)

Optional first step:
In the same sauce plan you'll use for your meal, saute garlic in Rosemary Olive Oil over level 3 heat until fragrant and transparent. Do not toast!

Directions:
Bring the Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce to a boil in a sauce pan. Add zudles and reduce heat to a medium. Simmer the veggies for 2-5 minutes, or until they are heated through and done to your liking (less time if you want more texture like pasta). Drizzle with Rosemary Olive Oil for additional pop of flavor.
