STIR FRIED VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

2 T Tasteful Olive's Roasted Onion & Cilantro olive oil

1/2 C white onion, sliced

1 C asparagus, cut into 1-1/2" bias slices

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 T fresh ginger, chopped

1 C Bok Choy

1/2 C bell peppers, julienned

Kosher salt and papper to taste (*fresh milled pepper may be used)

2 T Tasteful Olive's Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar

 

Preparation:

Heat a small saute skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to skillet and saute onions in it for about 1 minute. Add asparagus, garlic, ginger, bok choy and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Sitr fry another 2-3 minutes. Add Pineapple White balsamic and turn off heat. Gently blend vinegar into the vegetables. Serve with your favorite stir-fried meat netree and steamed rice. Makes 4 side dish portions.
