2 T The Tasteful Olive's Butter infused olive oil

1 C seasoned all-purpose flour (see recipe below)

2 medium sized green tomatoes, sliced 3/8th" thick

1 egg

1/4 C milk

1 T TThe Tasteful Olive's Jalapeno balsamic vinegar 



Prepare seasoned flour. Whisk together egg and milk well. Pre-heat Butter olive oil in medium sized saute pan. Dip tomato slices in egg wash; dip into seasoned flour mixture. Shake off excess flour and saute in the Butter olive oil. Cook both sides of tomatoes to golden brown color. Drain on paper towel. Place a few tomatoes on each small plate, then drizzle with the Jalapeno vinegar. Serve immediately.

     Seasoned Flour Recipe:

     1 C all-purpose flour     1/8 tsp garlic powder, granulated

     1/2 tsp salt                   1/8th tsp onion powder, granulated

     1/8 tsp white pepper      1/8th tsp paprkia
