WHOLE WHEAT ARTICHOKE PIZZA

Ingredients:

1 pkg ROSSI Whole Wheat pizza dough available at The Tasteful Olive

4 T ELKI brand Artichoke Bruschetta available at The Tasteful Olive

4 lg Cremini mushrooms, sliced (or other veggies like green peppers, olives, etc)

1/4 C red onion, cut into strips

4 slices Swiss cheese

1/4 lb ground beef, browned and drained of grease

2-4 T The Tasteful Olive's Wild Mushroom & Sage olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix pizza dough as per instructions using 2 T of  the olive oil above. Roll out dough to a round 12" on an oiled baking sheet. Spread the Bruschetta on the dough, top with the veggies, cheese and meat. Drizzle with more olive oil. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 8 slices.
