1/4 C Tasteful Olive's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

4 medium tomatoes, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped

1/4 C toasted pine nuts

Sea salt to taste (Himalayan Pink from The Tasteful Olive is a great, healthy choice)

1 lb linguini (Tasteful Olive's ROSSI PASTA Classic Linguini, Tagliarini or Tomato Basil Garlic Fettuccini)

6 oz Feta cheese, crumbled


Cook pasta according to directions, but cook to el dente. Drain, but keep warm.

Place skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Add tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pine nuts, then salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes. Add pasta to skillet and toss. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with Feta crumbles. Makes 4-6 servings.
