One package Rossi brand Classic Rotini from The Tasteful Olive

2 small chicken breasts, cut into small cubes 

One stalk celery 1 tsp dried chives

1/4 Green Pepper, sliced 1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp sea salt

8-10 sliced mushrooms 1-2 tsp dried basil

2 cloves garlic, slivered  fresh cracked pepper

1/2 tsp celery seed

Italian Seasoning Blend from The Tasteful Olive

Tuscan Herb Olive Oil from The Tasteful Olive

A mild intensity olive oil from The Tasteful Olive

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from The Tasteful Olive

Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated



Cook pasta acccording to directions and drain. Set aside.

Stir fry chicken, green pepper, minced garlic, celery, onion, and mushrooms in the Arbequina or Manzanillo olive oil.

Mix 3-4 T Tuscan Herb olive oil with the celery seed, chives, garlic salt, sea salt, basil, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix into cooked pasta.

Place the two mixtures into large serving bowl and toss together. Drizzle Traditional balsamic and grated cheese on top.
