1 pkg ROSSI pasta (your choice of flavor), available at The Tasteful Olive

1/2 lb chicken, sliced or cubed

1 C parmesan cheese

1 C mozzarella cheese

1/4 lb butter

1/4 C heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

Put on water to boil and cook pasta according to directions, then drain. Heat butter in saute pan and cook chicken until done. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add cream and both cheeses. Heat until cheese is melted. Toss cheese mixture with pasta.

Drizzle with your favorite olive oil from The Tasteful Olive.
