Thai Turkey Soup

2 qts. turkey or chicken bone broth

2-4 tsp. freshly grated ginger

5-6 chopped green onions (save out ½ cup green pieces)

2 T lime juice

3 T The Tasteful Olive’s Honey Ginger balsamic vinegar

1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Lemongrass Mint balsamic vinegar

2 tsp The Tasteful Olive’s Himalayan Pink sea salt

one 13.6 oz can coconut cream

2 cups cooked turkey chunks mixed with 1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Roasted Sesame Oil

       (can substitute chicken pieces sautéed in 1 ½ T The Tasteful Olive’s Roasted Sesame Oil)

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (set aside for garnish)

First have all ingredients set out and prepared. Then bring bone broth to boil, turn heat down to medium. Add all ingredients except last three. When hot again, whisk in coconut cream. When hot, put turkey chunks in and as soon as poultry is heated, serve immediately with garnish. Drizzle with honey ginger balsamic or your favorite oil or balsamic.
