PORK ROAST with HERBS de PROVENCE

Ingredients:

A pork roast (not frozen)

The Tasteful Olive's Lavender balsamic vinegar

The Tasteful Olive's Herbs de Provence olive oil

Sea Salt (The Tasteful Olive's Applewood sea salt - a great flavor choice)

Fresh cracked pepper

 

Directions:

Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the roast and rub on all sides. Coat with the lavender balsamic vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour over the Herbs de Provence olive oil, just enough to coat. Refrigerate, covered, for 20-30 minutes more. Roast in oven according to roasting time suggested for size of roast.

After removing from oven, drizzle with Herbs de Provence olive oil as a finishing touch. Let roast sit 10-15 min., tented with foil, before slicing.
