1 C ELKI brand Piquillo Jalapeno Bruschetta from The Tasteful Olive

1 lb. shrimp (20-24 count)

2 T Tasteful Olive's Chipotle Olive Oil



Saute shrimp gently in the olive oil. Add the bruschetta and heat through. Combine with pasta and serve warm.

*If desired, sprinkle on crushed red peppers and/or fresh parmesan cheese.
