2 lbs Tilapia or your choice of fish

3/4 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 C bread crumbs

4 T unsalted butter, melted

2 T Tasteful Olive olive oil (use a Fusion like Blood Orange, Lemon or Persian Lime, or your olive oil of your choice)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line baking pan with foil and spray with olive oil (you can purchase an olive oil Mister at the store)

Place fish on prepared baking pan and season with Sea Salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the Parmesan with the bread crumbs. Add the melted butter and olive oil and stir well until crumbly and moist throughout. Sprinkle over the fish filets.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the fish is flaky in the center and the topping is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
