Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium setting.



1/3 C cornmeal

1/3 C white flour

2 tsp of a KOREAN BBQ spice blend

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

2 or 3 fresh (or thawed) large chicken breast halves; cut into small servings.

1/8 C (or more if needed) KOROSAFFLO High-Heat Blended oil from The Tasteful Olive and place in heated skillet.



Prepare a bowl with one inch of water in it.

Pierce the chicken breasts several times with a fork; place pieces in the bowl with water.

Combine all dry ingredients in another large, squat bowl.

Surround each piece of chicken with the flour/spice mixture and saute in hot oil until done, turning frequently.
