Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak

 

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp of a Fajita spice blend

Kosher salt and black pepper

One green, one red (orange or yellow) bell pepper, sliced about 1/2" thick

1 T medium intensity olive oil from The Tasteful Olive

8 small flour tortillas

1 sliced avocado

1/2 light sour cream

Chipotle extra virgin olive oil from The Tasteful Olive for that little extra "kick."
