Garam Masala Peanut Butter Cookies


1 C Garam Masala Peanut Butter (available at The Tasteful Olive)

¾ C Coconut Palm Sugar (available at The Tasteful Olive)

1 tsp Vanilla flavoring (available at The Tasteful Olive)

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 egg

¼ tsp Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all together until well combined. Use medium size scoop or teaspoon to place onto a cookie sheet ½ inches apart. Use fork to make cross hatches on top of each cookie. Bake for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through baking to bake evenly. Cookie should slightly puff and edges set and lightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet for five minutes before eating. Keeps for up to one week in an airtight container.
