Chocolate Balsamic Fondue

10 oz bittersweet *or semi-sweet * chocolate

½ C heavy cream

½ C red wine

1-2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Chocolate balsamic vinegar

Combine the chocolate, cream, red wine, chocolate balsamic and simmer in

DBL BOILER until completely melted. Keep warm; serve garnished with toasted nuts, strawberries, melon…or your significant others’ favorite cookies – and enjoy!

Note: You can make this up to a week ahead and then microwave to serve warm.

To make chocolate balsamic truffles: Let the mixture freeze for a short time, then form into balls and coat with nuts, cookie crumbs, sprinkles or one of The Tasteful Olive’s flavored natural cane sugars.
