Breakfast Power Bowl

Dressing Ingredients:

¼ c Espresso Nib Peanut Butter by Eliot’s Adult Nut Butter (found only at The Tasteful Olive)

2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Blood Orange Olive Oil

2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

A splash of whole cream, milk or dairy substitute (e.g. Almond Milk)

Bowl Fixin’ Suggestions:

½ c cooked quinoa

Banana Slices

Raspberries

To make dressing, whisk the Espresso Nib Peanut Butter with the oil, vinegar and cream. Taste and adjust to your preferred flavor balance.   You can either mix the dressing with the quinoa at this point, or drizzle over all ingredients in the bowl. Place all ingredients in a bowl and serve. Can serve this hot or cold.
