Royal Jubilee Mocktail

-or White Tea, Pomegranate and Rose Sparkler


1/2 c Shu-Mee White Tea from The Tasteful Olive

2 oz The Tasteful Olive's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 part Boozy Botanical's River Market Rose Simple Syrup

½ c Ginger Ale

Cocktail Option:  2 parts gin, vodka or whiskey.

Iced Tea (makes 2 servings):  Boil 1 cup water (to ~185*F).  Turn off heat and steep 2 tsp. of Sh-Shu-Mee White Tea for 3 minutes.  Discard leaves and let cool. Refrigerate overnight to fully chill.  

Mocktail:  In a shaker glass with ice, stir in chilled tea, simple syrup and balsamic vinegar.  Strain into a serving glass and top with ginger ale.

Cocktail: Add gin to shaker glass with other ingredients.  Follow remaining directions.
