Dirty Chai Nightcap Mocktail

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

1 c. Rooibos Chai Tea from The Tasteful Olive

2.25 oz (1.5 parts) heavy cream (or almond milk)

.75 oz (3/4 part) The Tasteful Olive's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

16 drops of Dashfire Orange Bitters from The Tasteful Olive


In a pot, bring water to a rolling boil (~212* F).  Turn off heat and steep 1 tsp of tea for 5 minutes, then remove infuser.  Turn burner on low and whisk in remaining ingredients.  Serve warm.  

Cocktail adaptation: 

Add 3 parts Kahlua or other coffee rum directly into pot, or allow guests to splash in cup as desired.
