3 C sundried tomatoes (not in oil)

1 C Tasteful Olive Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 C Tasteful Olive Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Minced fresh herbs (oregano and parsley) to taste

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

2. Pulse until the mixture has the consistency of a pesto.

3. Lightly toss with 1 pound cooked pasta or serve with crackers as a spread.
