Ingredients:

4 C cherry tomatoes (2 small containers)

1/2 of a lime-extrude the juice

1-2 tsp. Sea Salt of choice (many available at The Tasteful Olive)

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

1 C Queso Fresco cheese (cut into 1/2" cubes)

1/2 C cilantro leaves, whole

Avocado Oil

Tasteful Olive's Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar


Directions:

1. Toss all together in bowl, then place on platter.

2. Add 1 C Queso Fresco cheese (cut into 1/2" cubes) and 1/2 C cilantro leaves, whole

3. Drizzle with theĀ Avocado Oil andĀ Jalapeno Vinegar
