Our Favorite Candied-Jalapeno

         Simple Appetizer

 

1 bag of scoop-type corn chips

2 (8oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese

½ to 1 cup Campbells Candied Jalapenos from Tasteful Olive

 

Soften cream cheese while you dice the jalapenos.   (Food processor works well as a speedy dicer. Remember heat is in the seeds.) Then beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy. Spoon cream cheese into a frosting bag or a baggie with end cut off. Place corn chips on serving platter and squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese into each scoop. Now place some diced Candied Jalapenos on top of cream cheese.
