Smoky Sweet Pea Hummus

-           Dip & Pasta Sauce

10 oz. package of frozen sweet peas

16 oz. can of chickpeas, drained/washed if desired

3 Tbs Tahini

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp The Tasteful Olive's Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (fine grind)

1/4 C The Tasteful Olive’s Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar

1/3 C The Tasteful Olive’s Dried Smoked Chaabani Olive Oil

Place all ingredients except for the oil into a food processor and blend until fully combined. While still blending, add the olive oil at a slow drizzle. Enjoy as a veggie dip, sandwich spread.

As A Pasta Sauce: Prepare Rossi’s Southwestern Chipotle Fettuccini pasta (found at The Tasteful Olive). Toss the sweet pea hummus with the hot noodles and serve garnished with julienned roasted bell peppers and chopped fresh mint.
