Prosciutto ham, thinly sliced

Club Crackers

Sopressata cheese (by Boar's Head)

Canned grilled mixed vegetables (antipasto)

Fresh baquette bread, sliced

Manchego Cheese (from Costco)

Shrimp (IQF Black Tiger Shrimp works well)

Tasteful Olive's Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Red grapes

Strawberries, quartered or halved

Basil pesto (your own, or purchase ELKI Brand Basil Pesto at The Tasteful Olive

Fresh Italian parsley, chopped

Chopped garlic pieces (small)

NEED Very Large platter


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Cut cantaloupe and strawberries and set aside on large platter. Wash and arrange grapes with the other fruits on platter.

3. Slice the two cheeses and prosciutto and arrange on platter.

4. Brush sliced baguette bread with melted butter and garlic. *Use half stick of melted butter to 2 tsp chopped garlic). Bake in preheated oven for 6 minutes only. Arrange on platter or on separate plate. Arrange club crackers on platter or with the bread on the separate plate.

5. In the meantime, poach the shrimp, then drizzle with the Honey Ginger Balsamic and add the fresh parsley. Arrange on platter.

6. Don't forget to arrange the canned Mixed Vegetables on the platter as well.
