What’s a chutney? It’s a family of condiments that can be a combo of fruits, herbs or spices. It can be wet or dry, coarse or fine, or grouped into sweet or hot forms. This can be a condiment for meat, to eat alongside cheese or fruit, or used for dipping of other variations.

What are shallots? These are bulbs of plants that are two-forked, with a mild onion flavor. They are sweeter, milder than onions, and have a pleasant crispness to them. They also incorporate themselves better into a mixture more than raw white onions do.
