1/4 C granulated sugar (organic sugar is best)

2 T heavy cream

1 T pat of butter

2 T The Tasteful Olive's Gravenstein White balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 fresh apples

2 T vanilla bean salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)



Over medium high heat melt sugar to caramel stage. Stir lightly with wooden spoon. Turn off the fire. Add the butter and stir in. Add the cream. Add the balsamic vinegar and cinnamon. Let the caramel cool. Slice the apples then dip them into the warm caramel. Sprinkle with the vanilla salt. Enjoy!
