2 – 15 oz cans or 1 frozen bag sweet peas thawed, drained, liquid


1/3 C The Tasteful Olive’s Harissa olive oil

Juice of 2 lemons

¼ C Tahini

¼ C Roasted Sesame Oil from The Tasteful Olive

2 large cloves garlic

1 tsp Tabasco

1 tsp Roasted Cumin

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Crostinis (slice baguette bread or Focaccia bread, then toast until crisp)

*Small bottle The Tasteful Olive’s Roasted Onion-Cilantro olive oil

     *An oil mister (available at The Tasteful Olive)

Place all ingredients except crostinis into food processor bowl and pulse until smooth. Mist the bread slices with the Roasted Onion Cilantro olive oil. Spread or spoon hummus on top.
