6 C (3 lb) tomatoes, medium chopped

2 medium cucumbers, medium chopped

     *Place in large bowl, salt & pepper to taste.

ROUGH CHOP: 1 C celery, 3 cloves garlic, 1-1/4 C red onion, 1 Pablano and 1 Bell Pepper


Place in food processor along with:

1/4 C The Tasteful Olive's mild or medium intensity olive oil

1 T each of The Tasteful Olive's Traditional and Oregano balsamic vinegars and Barrel Aged Red Wine vinegar.

Add to tomato mixture in the large bowl.


ADD (2) 11.5 cans Campbell's Tomato Juice, sea salt and pepper to taste. Chill overnight. Garnish with more finely chopped cucumbers, basil, avocado, sour cream, and/or yogurt. Serve with Ciabbatta Bread.
