Maple Balsamic Glazed Roasted Pecans



3 T The Tasteful Olive's Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 C light brown sugar

1/4 C The Tasteful Olive's medium intensity EVOO

4 C raw pecans

1 T water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sugar, balsamic, olive oil and water in medium size bowl and whisk together well. Add pecans to maple glaze. Mix well, making sure all of the pecans are coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pecans onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in oven for 20 min., tossing every 5 min to prevent pecans from clumping together (watch pecans carefully in the last 3-4 minutes). Remove pecans from oven and allow to cool completely, stirring frequently to prevent clumping.
