1 C mayonnaise

1 T Bourbon Smoked Paprika*

1/4 tsp Siracha

Pinch of garlic powder

2 T olive oil (we suggest mild or medium intensity)



Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika and stir. Blend into mayo and other ingredients. A great sauce for crispy crab cakes or for roasted beef or turkey sandwiches. Keep refrigerated.
