1/4 C prepared ELKI Brand Basil Pesto from The Tasteful Olive

*Or use your favorite basil pesto recipe.

2 tsp Lemon (Sicilian) Balsamic Vinegar from The Tasteful Olive

6 oz (or 1 C) of cooked (boiled) shrimp, deveined and cut into 1/4" pieces.



In medium bowl place the basil pesto and add the Lemon Balsamic. Blend well. Add the shrimp to the basil pesto mixture and blend well. Hold in refreigerator until needed.

Serve on leaf lettuce, shredded lettuce or with bread for a sandwich.
