Bake with Olive Oil (a healthy, mostly monounsaturated fat).

Substitute 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Tasteful Olive for butter, margarine or solid fat in your favorite recipes (a mild, low intensity olive oil is usually recommended).

If substituting for vegetable or other oils, use the same amount of olive oil.
