Tasting classes at the stores are held frequently, usually once a month. They include samples of food offerings made with our oils and vinegars along with information on olives and olive growing, olive oil processing, health benefits of oils and vinegars and what FRESH means for olive oil and what AGED, naturally flavored means for balsamics.

Looking for a warm winter meal, that satisfies your time constraints, but delights your taste buds? This class will feature one of our unique pastas, pasta sauce, and an Italian salad with a house-made Italian vinaigrette, using our oils and vinegars. To top it off, you’ll get to enjoy a little gelato, served the Italian way! $15/person.
