Tasting classes at the stores are held frequently, usually once a month. They include samples of food offerings made with our oils and vinegars along with information on olives and olive growing, olive oil processing, health benefits of oils and vinegars and what FRESH means for olive oil and what AGED, naturally flavored means for balsamics.

Shop Local! This class will feature fresh veggies from the Downtown Overland Park Farmer’s Market. Learn how simple it is to combine oil and vinegar to roast your veggies to perfection. $15/person.

Our oils and vinegars are not just for your green salads! They can create a unique and healthy spin on just about any kind of “salad.” This class will feature a Chicken Salad, Bean Salad & a Quinoa Salad. $15/person.
